



About Us!
Phi Alpha Omega is a local sorority and women's community service organization at Flagler College. We uphold the qualities of friendship, loyalty, honesty, and sisterhood. We provide community service to the Saint Augustine community, as well as Flagler College. Phi Alpha Omega is an organization that introduces countless friendships and bonds that will create memories that will last a lifetime. The organization was established in 1986 and carries out many of the same traditions year to year.

What are the requirements to join Phi Alpha Omega?
​- Visit Phi Alpha Omega at Meet the Greeks or at Mingle Monday to meet the sisters
- Receive information about upcoming events and weekly chapter meetings
- Attend chapter meetings to ask questions and learn about Recruitment and Spirit week
- Recruitment and Spirit week helps you connect with sisters, fellow associates, and learn more about the organization
- After Spirit Week, you may receive a bid to become a member
- Once you accept the bid, you become an associate (not yet fully inducted!)
- Full induction happens in the Spring semester
- All class years (freshman through senior) are welcome to join!

What kind of community service does Phi Alpha Omega do?
- Phi Alpha Omega participates in a wide variety of community service activities
- We raised and donated $2,100 for Aylas Acres
- Volunteered at the annual Pink Up the Pace 5k for breast cancer awareness
- Organized multiple beach cleanups throughout the year to help keep local beaches clean and beautiful
Is Phi Alpha Omega expensive?
-Associates are required to pay $150 in dues for the year
-Once you become a pinned sister, dues decrease to $100 per year
-Phi Alpha Omega aims to be affordable for everyone
-If you have any questions or concerns about payments, reach out to the Treasurer
When do we have our meetings?
-Weekly chapter meetings are required for all associates and sisters
-Meetings are held every Tuesday night
-Time: 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
